baby, naturally is pleased to offer earth friendly products, perfect for your growing family.  What do I mean by earth friendly?  The products you will find here all fit into one or more of the following categories: are supportive of natural parenting practices; are manufactured in a manner that is minimally impacting on our earth; are handmade; are made of sustainable resources; are reusable, thus decreasing our dependence on disposable items.  My goal for this store is to search out those products which best fit those five categories and bring them together in one place for parents to find.  Let me do the research for you!  You can keep your focus on your family.

I have always dreamed of owning my own business.  It was always the "oh, maybe someday" idea that I tossed around, but never acted upon--until now!  I gave birth to my son in December, 2008 and became a stay-at-home mom.  While that certainly is a full-time job in itself, it also gave me the push I needed to do the research and finally take the leap to becoming a business owner.  My son was my inspiration for why I chose to focus on natural products for baby and family.  I wanted to provide natural, organic (when possible) options for my son and thus did hours and hours of research for the best products out there.  I also believe in handmade, repurposed items whenever available.  baby, naturally LLC brings together those products in one place to make your searching easier!  

I am so pleased to be able to run this business from my home--this allows me to still remain a stay-at-home-mom, while at the same time fulfilling my dream of becoming a business owner!

Store Policies

Payment

All online payments are processed through Paypal.  When you checkout, the shopping cart will direct you to Paypal's homepage.  If you have a Paypal account, you may sign in at that time and complete your order. You may also choose to process your order without a Paypal account.  You will find the option to continue without a Paypal account on the left side of the Paypal homepage.  Both options are secure.  Following checkout, you will be returned to the baby, naturally website.

If you are local, we do provide the option for cash on delivery.  You MUST contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to arrange for payment and pickup, otherwise your order will be CANCELLED.  Also, it is a good idea to double check that pickup is available before placing your order by sending a quick message via the contact form.  Most times this should not be a problem, but it is always best to double check! 

 

Shipping

Shipping on all items is based on item weight.  This is the fairest way for all customers.  If you are buying a single diaper, it is unfair to charge a flat rate of $5.00 when in reality it probably cost $2.00 to ship.  This also allows us to offer shipping via a wide variety of carriers and allows you the opportunity to choose which carrier and how fast you'd like your order to get to you.  You will receive a tracking number for each order.  Orders will go out within 2 business days of receipt.  If you are in the greater Houston area and would prefer to arrange for local pickup, please contact us regarding availability of this option as well.  Efforts will be made to arrange local pickups, but there will be sometimes when that may not be possible and it will be necessary to ship.  We will run periodic discounts on shipping, so watch our newsletter, blog, twitter, or Facebook accounts for codes!

Please note that when possible, we use repurposed boxes for shipping.  The boxes are all clean and in good condition, but may have markings or labels from other businesses on the outside.  We know our customers will understand this effort to be green!

Returns

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging and/or with tags still attached.  Items of a consumable nature (e.g., cleaning supplies, laundry detergent) may not be returned.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer, unless the item is being returned due to an error on behalf of baby, naturally LLC or because the item was damaged/defective upon delivery.  Before returning your item, please contact baby, naturally LLC at info(at)babynaturallyllc(dot)com (or use our contact form) for a return approval number.  Returns will not be accepted without this number attached.  

Order Cancellations

If you should need to cancel an order, please contact us at info(at)babynaturallyllc(dot)com (or use our contact form).  Order cancellations can be processed provided the order has not shipped.  If the order has already shipped, it will need to be handled according to the return policies listed above.  

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will never be sold, traded, shared, or in any way exploited by baby, naturally LLC.  Payment information is securely handled through Paypal and is at no time visible to us.  Your e-mail address may be used to contact you regarding your order and to provide tracking numbers if applicable.  At times, coupons and products updates may be sent out via an e-mail newsletter.  If you choose to receive this newsletter, you may cancel it at any time.
