In order to achieve optimal breath-ability and hassle-free washing, Thirsties Diaper Covers are made from a single layer of polyester laminate.  Want to get away with fewer diaper covers in rotation?  The lami nate that lines the inside of the soft polyester can be wiped clean between uses, then washed in your washer once thoroughly soiled.

*Recent improvements to this already best-selling design includes the addition of a facing layer of laminated fabric that is now attached to the inside of the wings to improve on long-term durability.  Also incorporated in the updated version of Thirsties Diaper Covers is another cross-over loop tab to allow users to choose which wing to fasten first.  Our signature leg gussets on the newly released covers have been trimmed down just a hair for improved comfort on chunkier babies and for an overall trimmer fit.*
